It is a thoughtful, relationship-focused process of preparing a family to have the right conversation at the right time — creating the conditions under which someone is most likely to say yes to help. Treatment placement is the work that follows: matching a person to the right level of care (detox, residential, PHP, IOP, or outpatient), researching and vetting specific programs, coordinating admissions, and navigating insurance and logistics. The work draws on firsthand experience with treatment and ongoing relationships with programs across the country.

How It Works
Placement typically begins with a consultation to understand the situation — the substance, the history, any co-occurring mental health, prior treatment, insurance, and location. Placement can be standalone or combined with transport support, case management, or family coaching as part of a coordinated engagement.
